Pfew, I finished quite a lot projects last weekend and today. It was hard work, but I love the results. Only… I can’t show them yet, they are all presents, for a birthday, swap and a thank you.
What I can show you, is the work in progress on my crocheted Amigurumi cottage. I found the pattern on Etsy during the christmas holidays, and I fell in love with it. Now I’m making it as present for myself :-)
It’s not all going well though.. I didn’t understand the pattern at first (so one roof part is a bit odd shaped) and next time I will use acrylic yarn instead of the cotton I’m using now. Acrylic yarn is much smoother to crochet with, and you will get a more ‘fluffier’ look I think.
What’s coming next, is a green lawn and some bushes with flowers.
