• Fabric wreaths in the making

Today was my first christmas themed workshop. All the girls wanted to make a fabric wreath. It’s so nice to have a fabric wreath that you can decorate to your own taste, and you can use every year again. Just a nice handmade piece made with love.

Right next to HOME Autour du Monde, Rue des Francs Bourgeois 8, you can find the most yummy haberdashery store I have ever visited. The shop is mostly full with buttons and ribbon, but they also sell Liberty fabric, wool felt and patterns.

• Decorated cupcakes

Tomorrow is my sister’s birthday and as a treat for her colleagues she wanted to make decorated cupcakes. She asked me to help, so I happily joined her.
I made and applied the frosting, and was a supporter, she did the baking and decorating, the important things :-)
• Workshop last sunday

Last sunday was fun!! We had a great time and I learned a lot. Everybody gave useful feedback, and I now know that the room suits for this purpose, yeah!
At the moment I’m very busy preparing for the coming christmas themed workshops, and working hard to get the webshop up and running.
