craft-book-review---PRETTY-COLOR-CROCHET-and-KNIT-GOODS-2

This book I find just awesome… (could anyone let me know some other english words to describe something that you like so much you keep going trough the book and each time your heart skips again because you like it so much?)

It are the colors that are used, the pictures, the simple crochet ideas that I all find do-able. Even it’s a Japanese book, because of the diagram style patterns it’s readable for anyone, you only have to familiarize yourself with the diagram language. You can find a very good explanation here.

I bought the book from Pomadour24, and got a super-fast delivery. She has an Etsy and eBay shop, I bought it trough eBay, because there she keeps a larger inventory, and paid the extra $5,- for fast delivery.

    Hi Anna,

I’m in the middle of a scarf project, the one on page 16. I love to have that one for summer, I hope I can show the result soon

    Hoi Petra,

    Lieve groetjes Maartje

Hi Petra. I have looked and looked for this pattern book. It is no longer available on etsy or eBay. Would you be willing to sell the pattern to me?

I just want to clarify which pattern I am looking for….. It is the white crocheted scarf in the pattern called “Kazuko Ryokai”.

Hi Petra. I saw a picture of your scarf on Pintrest, followed the link to Ravelry, and then realized that it’ s from the Japanese book that I have. Your picture shows the scarf detail much better. I really want to make this scarf now. Can you tell me how many chains you started with? My guess is 533, but I see lots of numbers! Also, is one side done, and then the other? I will be so grateful if you can clarify this for me.

I think obsessed would be a good word to use in this case. I love these books and am hounding our local library to buy some to add to our crafts section. Love the scarf by the way and am happy to find out where I can find it–it only took me 1/2 hour of surfing the net to get to you…..Thanks a million!
