My new favourite scarf

Gehaakte-sjaal-Rowan-Belle-organicEver since I saw Nina (Ninainvorm) wearing this scarf made by Ingrid (wood & wool stool), I was in love….. with the scarf.

So when I got this amazing birthday present from M last December, the full color range of Rowan Belle organic DK by Amy Butler, I knew I wanted to make that scarf with it. This yarn is 50% organic wool and 50% organic cotton, so warm and soft at the same time, perfect for a winter scarf.

And just in time for the next winter, it’s finished, yippeee!!!

    Hi Petra….I have been trying to reach you for some info. I left a comment on on of your archived blogs. Perhaps you did not receive it. I saw a scarf that was posted on Pinterest..it was white and crocheted in the pattern called Kazuko Ryokai. I have tried to buy the pattern book that you spoke about on your blog from April 2010. It is no longer available anywhere. Would you be willing to sell me the pattern for this scarf? I have fallen in love with it… I think you know that feeling…:). Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

    I have ordered the book and can’t wait to start this next project. I did go too Etsy when I first started my search but the website said it was sold out.     Hoi Petra,
    Ik zit een beetje te surfen en mooie dingen te bekijken, en nu zie ik opeens deze sjaal. Wat een supermooie sjaal!! Ik wordt er helemaal enthousiast van.
