• I could use some feedback

Sometimes I think that everyone is crafting around the world, because of that endless amount of inspiring blogs. But in my daily reality, that’s not the case…. No one in my neighborhood I know is crafting in any way, so when I am in desperate need of any feedback, I have no one to show my project and discuss…

• Wet felting

The day before I ruptured my achilles tendon, I spent an afternoon in my aunt’s studio. She does wet felting a lot and I wanted to learn the process for some time now. The picture above shows my first project. I was really excited when I actually felt the wool, soap and water doing their job. I still think [...]

• A RevoluzZa monster

I love the work of RevoluzZa and I appreciate the fact she makes some of her patterns available for everyone to use. Since a year I look for crafty and inspiring magazines when I’m visiting other countries. When we were traveling to Austria trough Germany, I found such a lovely, inspiring, great new magazine. I checked every store where they sold magazines for new issues, on the picture you can see the harvest.
I really love the Country [...]
• Vintage craft magazines and buttons

Last year I started to spread around that I love old sewing supplies, like buttons, fabrics and bands, and old craft magazines. And this week it was treasure week! My aunt has a friend who gave me her old magazines, and a friend of my mother cleaned up her mothers place and found a bucket [...]

• Wish my home looked like this…

Yesterday I was reading trough the ‘Country Living’ and I was struck by the article on Chris Myers’ home. Oh I loved it so much, I wish my home looked like that. I made a start with a few pieces of the Green Gate collection, so maybe if I just start adding the colors to our house…
