Pfoe… last week was a pretty busy week for me. It started on friday 19th with my birthday, I invited my parents and parents in law for a birthday dinner. We had a great time, we even played with the wii I got for my birthday.

This week I had to make some presents for a Sinterklaas evening with colleagues. And I had an order for a felt covered photo album. The pink notebook was really fought for during the evening as we played a game where you could change and pick presents from others and back again, it was really fun to play.

Today I finished this softie, it’s from a pattern by Melly & Me I bought allready a year ago, but never started working on…. do you know that problem?
But now I tried it, I found out it doesn’t take much time to finish it, so maybe more will follow :-)
• Birthday present

For my friends daughter 3rd birthday, I made a blanket and mattress for an IKEA doll bed I painted red.
I was so pleased with the results it was very hard for me to keep it secret ;-)
• Zippered pouches

One of the projects that lived in my head, was a zippered pouch. I found a description on twelve22.org these two are the first results:

I finaly used some of the fabric I bought in Japan. In my next post I will add a description how to crochet the little mushroom.
