All prices shown in the webshop include 19% taxes, but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated and shown in the cart. Shipping is handled by TNT (PostNL) byPetra will not be responsible for any mistakes made by TNT (PostNL)

If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 7 days to return it to byPetra. Sale items are excluded from this arrangement, they can not be returned. You can change the article or return it, when returned byPetra will make a refund, excluding shipping costs. Returns have to be announced upfront via e-mail, and be sent carefully packed and in new state. After byPetra received the products correctly, the new article will be send, or the money refund will be made.  

Your order will be reserved for 7 days, for orders outside the Netherlands the order will be kept 14 days. After this period the products will be made available to other customers.

byPetra keeps the right to change these terms and conditions.

byPetra will not be responsible for damage caused by wrong use of the delivered products.

byPetra is not responsible for any unintentionally made typos.

On foreign orders the Dutch law is applicable. Any disputes will be handled by dutch court. 

byPetra makes any effort nessacary to use photo's which give a real as possible representation of the products. But difference in screen settings and screens can make the colors differ from te real colors.
